Delivery Information

1. ProBuild Hardware Ermelo offers delivery services subject to availability, delivery location, order size, product type, and vehicle access.


2. Delivery fees are not fixed and will be calculated separately for each order.


3. The delivery fee will be calculated based on factors including, but not limited to:
• distance from ProBuild Hardware Ermelo;
• size and weight of the Products;
• quantity of Products ordered;
• type of delivery vehicle required;
• accessibility of the delivery address;
• whether additional handling, loading, or offloading is required.


4. The customer will be informed of the applicable delivery fee before the order is finalised or dispatched.


5. Delivery will only be arranged once the customer has accepted the delivery fee and made the required payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Delivery dates and times are estimates only and may be affected by stock availability, weather, traffic, vehicle availability, or other circumstances beyond ProBuild Hardware Ermelo’s control.


7. Risk in the Products will pass to the customer once the Products are delivered and offloaded at the customer’s nominated delivery address.
